Event: Infinity Direct Jr./AO Jumper Classic
Date:
Friday, October 9, 2009
Time: Noon

Come early on Friday to see the Infinity Direct Junior/Amateur-Owner Jumper Classic. This class is every bit as exciting as the Grand Prix. The course promises to be the most challenging that these juniors and amateurs will face each show season. These horse and rider teams are young and mature, talented and skilled, and always fun to watch.

Horse and rider teams ride against the clock with one the objective: fastest time, no faults (knockdowns, refusals, etc.). If more than one team completes the course without faults and within the time allowed, an exciting jump-off over a shortened course determines the winner.

The course difficulty may range from Level 4 (3′9″ high & 3′9″- 4′3″ wide) to Level 8 (4′9″ high to 4′9″-5′3″ wide).

This class is open to juniors and amateur-owner riders. A junior is a rider who has not reached his/her 18th birthday as of January 1st of the competition year. Amateur-owners are defined as a horse ridden by an individual who is an amateur and the owner or a member of the owner’s family and is no longer eligible to compete as a junior.

The Infinity Direct Junior/Amateur-Owner Jumper Classic will take place around noon on Friday.
